Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis Peak Flow

I am curious to if anyone else has had a similar issue to what I have.

I am attempting to use Autodesk SSA for analyzing a gravity system with some lift stations and forcemains, a hydrodynamic analysis.

The model is built and all of the flows were applied at specific manholes.

My issue is with the excel out put of the peak flow. I am seeing peak flows that do not coincide with the up stream piping peak flow. I have gone through and alleviated any error messages.

If there is anyone that could take a look at this model and give me some feedback it would be greatly appreciatedd. The model is of an existing system. My main issue is easily shown at Manhole MH1A-4 where the upstream link carries a peak flow of 1256.81 the manhole carries a peak flow of 1260.11 gpm  and the link below carries 1146.19 gpm. Where did the flow go. This defies the idea that flow is conserved.

Any help with this would be great.

If you would like to look at the file, please ask, this site will not allow me to upload the .spf file. Email me at jehess@anthc.org.
