Autodesk FDO Provider for Raster problem

Using Civil 3D 2015 SP2: The Add Raster Image or Surface Connection part of the Task Pane Display Manager  will Connect to any raster tested (tif format and dem format) but when the Add to Map button is used, no data is added nor does the data layer appear in the Display Manager.

 

What is missing?

 

This will be posted in the Map 3D forum as well.

Try setting Civil 3D to run as administrator. Right click the Icon, select properties, select advanced and check the Run as Admin box and restart. See if that helps

Thank you. The problem occurred on some computers that were not set up to run Civil 3D as an administrator and doing so, solved the problem
