Home Tab > Create Ground Data panel > Points menu > Convert AutoCAD Points.

If you don't want to have to enter an elevation and description to one. Make sure your Points Creation settings have Prompt For Elevation and Prompt For Description set to None.

That should read "enter an elevation and description to every one"
