I would like to express my dismay at hearing that exchange content is being migrated to "social networks". While I have no problem with this, per se, this will restrict access for the majority of users who cannot access Twitter, Facebook and Youtube at work which is when they are likely to need the content most.
As a matter of interest how many of you have access to these networks at work (from your laptop/PC not via smartphones, tablet devices etc)

As a professional engineer I don't view using Facebook as portraying professionalism.
I'm sure Facebook has its uses (lot of cute cats, organising your social life etc etc) but not in the workplace, I guess Autodesk are trying "...to get down with the kids..!!!"

I'll only access YouTube, since I am not a social lemming and don't have or want Twitter/Facebook accounts (Totally bizarre, I know). Poor choice Autodesk! Why is hosting your own site so hard to do?
I'm currently at a very small shop that doesn't have IT restrictions. Every other place I have worked for blocked social sites, streaming music, smut sites during work hours, since employees will spend time on them instead of working. Like Lisa's company, they would also run internet usage reports, and if you were surfing the net all day, you got reprimanded and thrown out the door if you didn't knock it off.
In combination with Autodesk's Cloud EULA which doesn't fly with every company's intellectual property rights, I am becoming more and more disappointed with their Internet policies.
