AutoCAD Civil 3D freezes when it is launched.

AutoCAD Civil 3D freezes when it is launched, after the AutoCAD screen has been painted (but no tools). I have followed the instructions on the web for that problem,I have changed the Internet option.Also, I have tried to repair the product and I have follow the link "http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Reiniti... I can not find this files (maybe it is because  it is nother version).Also, I have installed again the program, but the problem is still there.

It's version 2011 and I have Windows XP, the other programs that they have been installed at the same time: Autodesk Design Review, DWG TrueView and Autodesk Vault, run perfectly and I can open DWG files with them.

if you login to your system with another Windows user account, does Civil3D also stop during loading?
