Autocad Civil 3D e2010 help

Hello, i wish to know the major differences between the 2010 version and 2008 version of Autocad Civil 3D.

I have to choose in my new work between a 2008 english version (my prefered language on all programs) or the 2010 spanish version (i'm used to work with 2010 version but in english on my past job).
