when I launch C3D 2008 i get the error message unable to load C:\Program Files\Civil 3D 2008\Civil\AeccUiModel.arx file & when I have a look in the autocad text window it says

There are currently no palettes to show in the Toolspace window.
the survey toolspace window only shows a survey tab with the prospector & settings tab missing, also when I launch survey link it says unknown command, however if I go into APPLOAD & manually load in the AeccUiModel.arx everything works OK. Anybody any ideas?
