Anyone else seeing this. While trying to use the add on "Attach a Digital Signature" program I am now getting that the file is either in use or in read only and it won't allow the program to complete. I am using Vista, 08 Map 3D, and a digital signature from Verisign. Any ideas would be appreciated.
I just found a fix. If you run the program using administrator privileges, it runs correctly. A little bit of a pain but you can find the acsignapply.exe program which is the one that runs this and force it to run with administrator privileges and this solves the problem
