Add custom multi-line note in properties for structure

I am looking for a way to add a custom multi-line note to a structure. I would like this note to be available in the structure labels available commands and transcribe between labels when edited.

I have tried editing the AeccPartParamCfg.xml to add a custom note property, but that adds it to the structure properties > part properties tab section and it did not allow for multi-line text.

I would love for a way to add a multi-line text in the default design properties window or extended data tab. Does anyone have a solution?

In the label composer there should be an option for maximum width, thus giving multi line
