Add contour information to a corridor

I created a corridor utilizing a profile, assembly and alignment.  Worked well.  I then created a surface from that corridor.  The surface type should be displaying contours, but I do not see any.  What am I doing wrong?  The corridor display shows it covering the area that it should cover.

I did this once before and I had trouble with it that time as well.  I remember the fix had something to do with adding code data from the corridor to the surface.  I used a "+" button, but now have no idea where I did this at.

Any help will be appreciated.

I found it - I had the great idea while typing the question.  It is not under surface properties, it is under the surface tab of the corridor properties box.
