Im just curious about Autodesk CIVIL3D..
Im well aquatinted with Land desktop.
Is it worth paying attention to Civil 3D ?

I'd say it's imperative. I can't see Land Desktop staying around for more than a year or two. Once Civil 3D is up to all the tasks, I think Land will be history. Matt: I believe that I will disagree with you. I believe that if Land Desktop is gone in that short of time, Civil 3D will be gone. Just my opinion. Civil 3d is pretty cool. Some stuff is really really really really really annoying. But, overall it works well. And, most of gripes are fixed in 2006 version.
