3D Surface display

I have a 3D surface showing elevation banding. Is there a way to turn off the triangles when displaying the elevation bands? I have Triangles off in the Display tab but they are still showing. Thanks.

Do you have a visual style applied like Realistic or Conceptual? If so,

If so you need to edit the Visual Style

Type VisualStyles into the command line an hit enter.

Click on the Realistic or cConceptual style and turn off the Edge settings.

Yes, I am using the Realistic visual style and I do have the edges turned off.
