I downloaded the educational Civil 3D yesterday and tried to start getting familiar through the tutorials, but have hit a brick wall because I cannot locate the tutorial drawings that are used to start. The tutorial directs me to open the first one, and Help even tells me where they should be on my computer.I even searched with Windows Explorer and still can't seem to find them. Where could they be?? I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium and thought they would be here:
<AutoCAD Civil 3D installation location>\Help\Civil Tutorials\Drawings
Any clues would be much appreciated.
Todd
That's where they are on my installation under Win 7 Pro

Have you tried searching the computer for the file name? You might find it where the installation was decompressed. You could also try searching this group. I know I've seen post on this topic but don't remember if it was resolved.

Here's the pathway I took on my computer (Windows 7)
