2013 leaving files read only?

I'm getting read only notifications for files that I know are closed. Has this been happening with 2013 dor is my server acting up?

Thank you

Just a WAG, this could be related to your AutoDesk 360 post.  If you kill 360 to the point where you are certain it is not being used, do you still get the file locking?
