2013 Command line is off screen

My command line is partially off the screen as shown in the attachments below.  Can someone help me fix this?  It started doing this after a reboot this morning.  I can't drag it, select it, or find a way to move it in any way.  I tried changing the resolution of my monitor thinking it might "bump" it back on the screen.  I'm probably missing something easy but I can't seem to make any difference.  Thanks.

I have a blog written about this.  You can find it here...

That's it.  Thanks for the answer.   Hopefully this won't happen again.

Hi there,

I'm having the same problem, except your solution doesn't seem to work for me... 😞

I type in CUI which then appears at the topleft corner (the command line box so to speak) and then the screen pops up, I tell to dock at bottom, then it appears to be reloading something, but then it still doesn't show. And when I type something again in the commandline, really nothing appears 😞

Any thoughts?

EDIT: This is Civil 3D 2014 by the way, not 2013..
