We are having an issue with a material volume being calc'd incorrectly
It only seems to happen when our corridor models proposed surface is above the existing ground.
The comparision is being made from the Datum link of the model to the Base3 link, which is our definition of Grade A fill.
The datum surface is created using the bottom links overhang correction and the Base3 surface is defined as Top links (nothing changed when I switched it to none)
The table material is set to Fill using above Datum surface and Below Base3 surface.
It seems to work in areas that the template surface does not cross the exisiting surface line, once the proposed surface breaks the existing surface the material calculates above the datum to below Base3, then from Base2 to the exisiting ground surface.
material defintion does not refrence th existing ground surface or the Base2 surface but still seems to be using them for targets i those certain conditions.
Any help or insight would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeff
What results do you get if you run the corridor with the surface targets turned off or does your Base2 surface extend out that far?
Optionally, remove Datum link code from Daylight subassemblies.
I'm now having the same issue without the proposd template breaking the existing ground plane on on another aligment
Seems to be a softwre glitch
