2010 Civil 3D install

My employer has allowed me to install 2010 Civil 3d on my desktop at home so I can do more work from home.
I have had a student version of 2010 Civil on that desktop after having taken the 2010 Civil fundamnetals course at a local tech school over the summer. I deleted all references to that student version both through deleting any folders that reference it through explorer and through the control panel.
After I installed my employers version and then launched Civil 3d it is still telling me that it is going to put the student disclaimer watermark on the drawings.
Any idea on how to resolve?
Thanks

Do not insert any dwg created or modified by the student version into your
working files.

There is a knowledgebase article on performing a clean install which
involves deleting registry entries as well as the steps you took to
uninstall. I would make sure the home system is clean (including registry) &
all files created by the student version are sent to pasture.

thanks John,

I did attempt to open drawings not opened before on that system but it still came up with the watermark.
I'll search through the knowledge base and see if I can find some of those articles, I suspected somethign might be in the registry

will this remove all autodesk registry items or does it specify the year?
I might like to keep an older version on the computer
thanks

If you are not very familiar with the registry entries created by each
version, I would recommend removing all & reinstalling the oldest version
first & continue up. I would not install any student version.
