system requirements

Good morning, question?

I am going to install AutoCad Civil 3D on a DELL Optiplex 7040, please let me know if with the following DELL Computer Information, AutoCad Civil 3D 2016 will have a good performance when modeling complex 3D drawings. It has installed IE 9.0 and .NET 4.5.

See attached file.

Firstly, modern versions of Civil 3D are not supported on Windows Vista.

Secondly, complex drawings? 8gb RAM? Not enough.

Looks like a standard hard drive. Too slow. Get a Solid State Drive.

Check the video card against Autodesk Certified Hardware Database and see if it's supported/certified.

I agree with tcorey, more RAM and an SSD harddrive would make thinks work better.
