Solved: REINSTALLING THE PROGRAM TO A NEW LAPTOP

Hi!

I hope you can help me.

My laptop crashed with the AUTOCAD CIVIL 2017 in it, and is irrepairable, they fixed the mother board but is still not working.

I bought another laptop and I want to reinstall the program , can someone know how to transfer license so I can still use it? I am a student studying drafting.

Welcome to the community!

Sorry about your laptop. All you will need to do is install AutoCAD Civil 3D on your new computer and activate it with the licensing information in your account. Let me know if you have any trouble, as I am happy to help further.
