I have COGO Point Marker Styles that have a custom marker set to "View" Orientation. When I am in Plan View, they print fine. When I orbit to Front or Side View, I can see that they are "Rotating so that I can see them, but, they will not print.
Any Ideas?

I would look into the block you are using for the marker.
Check if the blocks components are on a non-plotting layer.
Also check the layers in the point style to see if they are set to non-plotting layers.
Andrew,
Sorry for the delay. I was teaching a class last week and had no opportinity to reply.
Neither of your great suggestions are the issue. I am using a Civil 3D Custom Marker (not a block). Maybe I can look into changing that. I also checked all of the layer settings thay are all set to Plot.
I thinks this maybe something to do with scaling. I have now noticed that the markers are plotting but very small.
Check your Point Marker Style and make sure the marker is visible in Model as well as Plan.

All of those settings were correct. There seems to be an issue with Custom Markers Printing in Model Views. I have tried various settings in 2014 and 2015. In the end I created a Multi-view Block and assigned it to the marker. Works great!
