Updating VBA code to vb.net reference issues

Hi

I have been going thru the ADN video on updating code from vba to vb.net and have gotten everything into vb.net but the references do not seem to work the path names are not the typicsl ones I would expect and when I change them they convert back to the original paths that do not seem to work any ideas.
