I tried to recieve the student version in order to continue working with the program. I have yet to recieve any email about changing my trial to the student version and upon checking the products and trials associated with my account, AutoCAD Civil 2013 doesn't show up anywhere. I am only a few days away from the trial ending and need to recieve an email so I can continue my work.
For student license only the latest versions (2016/2015/2014) are available. Therefore, unfortunately you are unable to get a student license for 2013 version. Can you use the 2014 version instead?
