Surface elevation range volume report each and every section.

Pls help me to generate volume report for each and every cross section with elevation range. ie.. surface-700, 700-690,690-680...

I'd create a surface for each of those elevations. Then create sections for each one of the surfaces, then do the quantities for each surface in relation to the surface in question for the sections. I have no idea if this is possible using the API.
