StyleBase.ExportTo() issue

I thought I had posted this previously but I sure can't locate the message. So if someone sees this as a double post, sorry.

I've had a few commands working with this method for some time. I'm fairly certain they worked as expected, but not positive and cannot check right now. The problem is that in 2014 (and I believe 2015) when a style exists in the destination Database, and the ConflictResolverType is set to Overwrite....it doesn't, the original style remains unchanged. The C3D ImportStylesAndSettings command works as it should, just the .NET API's method seems to fail.

Can anyone else verify this?

More specifically, on a ProfileViewLabel style the target TextStyle assigned does not get updated to be the same as the source style.

So only this property is not updating? Is this happening on any drawing? Just need more details to try reproduce here...
