Point marker not displaying correctly

My company recently upgraded to Civil 3D, and we had an outside agency setup our point styles. Most markers are displaying correctly, with the exception of a couple. When I change to my basemap point group, all my "symbols" (manholes, valves, etc.) are showing correctly (meaning just the symbol with no other info) with the exception of my handicap symbol. It doesnt display like the rest of the symbols. It does however, appear when i change the display to all points. Any suggestions on how to make this point look like the rest so that only the symbol displays? I want to have my base map not show any point data and just the symbol, and this is the only one that isnt working like the rest.
