AFAIK, in Civil 3D we can create Circular Pipes, Egg-Shaped Pipes, Elliptical Pipes and Rectangular pipes. I am not sure if we can create irregular section. I presume you are trying this uisng Civil 3D UI tools and not using API. If this is correct, could you post your question to Civil 3D user forum where you might get some useful pointers from expert users.
