parts list dropdown

Anyone have a sample snipit, willing to share.

I would like to create a drop down list similar to below

I can create a combo box where the user first selects a parts family, then I could populate another combo box with the different sizes, but I like the UI in the Layout tools and woundered how difficult it would be to replicate it.

I found this a while back that looked promising, but then I ended up placing that project on the back burner so never actually tried it. http://www.brad-smith.info/blog/archives/193

Thanks Jeff

I can always count on you point me in the right direction.

here is another site I came accross, once I knew what to look for.

http://www.tutorialspoint.com/vb.net/vb.net_treeview.htm

anyway I guess deep down I was hopping that there Autodesk developers would have provided access to the dialog box " Create pipe network from objects"

thanks again

Hi,

unfortunately, there is no such public Civil 3D API to manupulate Civil built-in panels, sorry about that!
