Layout Elements North Arrow

My question is where are the North arrows found that are in the layout elements ribbon?

I would like to make a change to one of the north arrows but I can’t find where they are.

Another question I have. Can you make the north arrow dynamic to the scale of the viewport so they are a ratio to the scale of the viewport? Like a 2in. north arrow on a 50 or 100 scale and a 1in. on a 2000 scale location map.

I believe the all of the map symbols are being pulled form this folder:
%programfiles%\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2015\Map\Sample\Symbols\
Map - North Arrows.dwg  - should contain the north arrows

You could use reactors to change the scale of the north arrow block when the viewport changes scale. I remember having troubles detecting and reacting to all viewport changes when I attempted something similar in the past.
