how do you change the sump default value for structures?

I can change it under structure properties, but I can't find where to change it before I make the pipe network

These types of questions should be kept in the maon C3D forum, not the customization forum.

To answer the question, set a Structure rule to set 0 depth sumps, then make sure this rule set is applied when creating the network.
