Getting all stations about transition from cut to fill or viceversa

Hi.

 

I would like to get a list of all stations from corridor which they are the transition station from cut to fill /or from fill to cut.

 

For example, for the "Intersection" feature line.

 

Do you know any ways to do this?

You'd have to go through each of the baselines and then the regions and find the appropriate links and then track where the changes in elevation goes from up to down or down to up.
