GetPointAtParameter() failure with Alignments

When looping through an alignment's Parameters which are derived from the Curve object, GetPointAtParameter() fails when param = align.StartParam and when param = align.EndParam. All params in between work correctly.

Yes, this can be worked around. However, there is no good reason why we should need to.

Oh, the code fails with the exception "eNotApplicable".

Edit - I should note that this occurs in C3D2012-2014
