Find and Replace for Civil 3D Style Names?

Any one have a quick and easy way to rename all the Styles in a .dwg or .dwt? 

I want to replace a current prefix "HCS - *" with "HE - *" to all styles in a prototype file.

I recommend Sincpac.

I agree with Jonathan @Anonymous, the Sincpac handles this quickly and easily.
