Error in updating custom pipe rule code

Hi

I am trying to update my custom pipe rule vb.net project from 2012 to 2014. I have changed all the namespaces to the new similar format introduced in 2013, but I still get the following errors and am not sure why. I am sure someone doing programing more often than I can tell me reasonable quickly. Thanks in advance.

Did you add a reference to accoremgd.dll? And add the new Imports as described near the end of this article?
