Curve label style for profile

Hello,

Does anyone know how to modify a label style for a curve in sag for profile
that will label the sag below the profile? I have a lable style for the sag
but it only cooperates by label above the profile. I have tried (I think)
about every possible way to create this scenario but no luck.

Please help,
Sean

Can you post a sample of what exactly you'd like the result to look like?
(I'm thinking of all of the offsets and such available, wondering why that
won't work for you........I think I'm over-simplifying what your request
is.)

Take a look at: If your vertical curve data has the begin and end callout line as the anchors, I bet they are set to 90 rotation. Try switching them to 270.
I'm not at work, so I'm thinking off the top of my head.

I have attached a picture of what I have now so if you can imagine for sag
curves the dimension, vpc, and vpt below the vpi dimension.

I have tried that option but the hardest thing to get to work is the
dimension between the start and end curve callouts. If I switch to 270 I
have to define a distance that will be below the VPI callout. Right now if
you select the Anchor Curve Start Dimension and Anchor Curve End Dimension
for the dimension line start and end it automatically places that above the
profile. I am looking for a way to trick it to be below the profile but it
looks as if I have to use the offset but I still have the problem of the
dimension line not wanting to anchor to the start and end line.

It's been a little while since I last looked at my vertical curve styles. I'm at home with my sick daughter this morning, but as soon as I get to work this afternoon, I'll check my template- I am not promising anything, but I think I have the style you need. Will get back to you.

While I'm thinking about it, check to make sure your style is set for "profile view bottom" or "offset below". This might actually be in your labels- Right click profile/Edit profile labels/look at your sac curve settings and see if it set to distance above or profile view top. If either, switch them. If this is the fix for you, you will need to change the sag curve label set accordingly. Like I said, I'm at home, but will check back with you this afternoon after I get to work.
