Here ya go. Should work in 2013-2016. Be sure to Unblock the zip file in the file's Properties before unzipping.

Hi,

Just type "Netload" in Autocad Prompt then look for dll you download.
then type AIOBJECTSCALEREMOVEOTHERS to run the program
