civil3d 2012 pipe anchor component location

is there a way to change the anchor point of a pipe lable to the end point of the pipe?  i need to label the pipe inverts at the structures individually.  currently it only appears that we can lable it is in the middle of the pipe and then slide it to the ends.

You can create a hidden flow direction arrow component without a fixed length and set the anchor point to the bottom inner diameter. Then pin your text to the start or end of it.
