change the order of roll over commands

I would like to change the order of the point grip/roll over from

move lable

rotate lable

reset lable rotation

reset lable

to

rotate lable

move lable

reset lable rotation

reset lable

I can not find this in the CUI.

Please help

I do not know how to take screen shot when hover on a point grip.

I'm asking how to creat/edit  the commands when hovering over a grip point.

There is no such setting to update the Grip context menu.

I haven't explored the Grip API which was exposed in AutoCAD 2012 release. There is a sample available in the following link. Please try to explore that and check if that helps to achieve what you want here.
