Bad Lat and Longs

if I info a point I see the correct lat and long. but when I read this value from the point in VBA I get a very small number. not even close to correct values. Looks like an angle in radians. Anyone have a suggestion?

Yes, the angle is in Radians, as are all angles in the Autocad & C3D API's.
To get DS.MMSS use the AngleToString method of the Document.Utility object.
