2012 Alignment Intersection Points

Greetings,

Are 2012 Alignment Intersection Points exposed to the dot net API?

If so, where?

Or, (oh no), maybe, exposed in the COM?

I am referring to the new IP's - the automatic indexed '1 2 3' IP's (IP Index and Curve IP Index).
