What I did was create a mapped drive in each city on its server "K:\"
I then created my tool pallets live on that drive.
Because the tool pallet hard paths the content to the place it found I
created a style drawing that contained all my styles and placed that on the
K-drive.
Once you have your tool pallet created and your style drawing created copy
that data to the other server.
Also, make the tool pallet folder on the server read-only to everyone but
you. We tried to have only two people with access to that folder that did
not work because last person out of AutoCAD wins.
Hope this helps.

If I am creating custom tools in one office. What is the best way to
transfer all content and tool Pallets to another location without having to
recreate each pallet when I get there.
Example:
I have created a custom styles DWG that all of my walls, windows, doors etc
come from. I then create my too pallets from that DWG. If I take the tool
catalogue and the custom styles DWG to another office I am having to
recreate the Pallets in order for them to link to the DWG file. The
directory structure and naming is the exact same at the other office.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
