Setting doors with door swing

I can't remember how to set a door with the capability to swing on a fixed hinge.  Could someone give me a hand with this?

ACA doors work that way right out-of-the-box.  Select a Door, and, in the Properties palette on the Design tab, under the Basic category and Dimensions subcategory, there is a property called Swing angle.  Use this to set the angle of the door swing.

There is, however, a Display Setting that can override the value set for the Swing angle property.  It is disabled in some of the out-of-the-box Display Representations [DR] for Doors, and enabled in others.  Generally the plan DR's have it disabled, while the RCP and Model DR's have it enabled, and the angle is then set to 0.  You can find this setting on the Other tab of the DR.  If the Override Opening Percent/Swing Angle toggle is checked, then the Opening Percent and Swing Angle edit boxes will be active, and the percentage/angle you set here will govern, not the Door's Swing angle property.
