Keyboard commands not working as they should do

Wondering if anyone can help me. With keyboard commands, of which I have changed in the .pgp file. I use the keyboard command 'F' for 'Fillet'. I have always done this. I have recently upgraded to the 2020 version of AutoCAD Architecture and ever since I have been using it, the first time I enter 'F' and then strike 'Enter', it comes up with 'FSMODE = OFF'. Then, every time, if I escape out of that and press 'F' and 'Enter' for a second time, it then goes to 'Fillet'. Why would this be happening and how can I stop it from happening anymore, since it is rather annoying that in order to Fillet anything at the moment I have to press 'F', 'Enter', 'Escape', 'F', 'Enter' in order to be able to Fillet anything.
