customized commands

I've worked for several companies that have had a custom command unique to them. The command was called "join" and it would join any two parallel lines, making it one whole line. How can I make this command work with my current autoCAD architectural desktop?

You might check the AutoCAD Customization newsgroup or one of the shareware
site (eg. www.cadalog.com), as this is more of a general AutoCAD entity
request rather than an Architectural Desktop object request. In other
words, there are better experts on this topic there 🙂
