A quick way to access layouts?

I have an autocad Drawing with over 100 layouts (named AtlasMap1...AtlasMap109) and was wondering if there is a command I can type in or something along those lines where I can access a particular layout without having to continuous click on the < or > buttons. It's very annoying. Any solutions? Thanks.

Try "LAYOUT" then "SET" then type the name of the layout.

'ctab' is the field reference to the tab name
not sure if you can use that in some type of programming.
