XREF Multiple Views into another View-Wall Errors!

Hello,

    I am thinking this is a setting somewhere, but cant remember where.  I am in a full service firm and on the Architectural side.  I create the construct and the other disciplines xref that into their view drawings to do their work through PN.  In ACA 2008 I would xref the Electrical and HVAC views into my Reflected Ceiling plan so that I could show all disciplines.  When I did this the construct/base plan did not come into my view, as it already knew it was there.  In 2010 the construct/base plan is coming in with each view and stacking on my walls creating errors.  Where did I go wrong.
