Xref manager crashes.

We're having a problem here with ACA 2013. We're using the xref manager to attach multiple drawings together within a sheet. The problem we're having is that when you try to select a reference in the xref manager whilst another user has the same drawing open, the xref manager hangs for a couple of minutes and the xref cannot be selected.

We have installed product update 1.

Any ideas welcome.

This may be caused when accessing the file server the XREF resides on via VPN or when in a WAN (e.g. via "Riverbed").

Can you please check the ISAVEPERCENT variable in the command line of AutoCAD and try to increase the value.

Also there is a variable XLOADCTL that specifies how the XREF should be managed, by default has value=2 that means that makes a copy of the full file in the temp folder to leave the original file available for other users, please check if changing this value makes any difference.
