I don't think so. My renewal is due in July so I should be just fine. I'd imagine since this is the first time they have released the new version via the website they are restricting or allowing only a certain number of people to download so they don't crash thier site. Also I noticed you can purchase AutoCAD 2010 on the website but not Architecture 2010 yet. So who knows whats gong on.
