I'm sure it has some use for some modular system based on set offsets but
it's useless to me.
(i assume you tried it to see what it did!)

90 wall 50 cav 90 wall or
110 wall 50 cav 90 wall or
9 clad 90 stud 10 clad
125 conc wall
no rhythm there!

That's been around for some time, at least since ACA2008: try this test, use
the arrows next to what you are pointing at, watch your wall move in that
direction, what the EDGE OFFSET entry (BW-0.500 is what you have it set in
the example) move by the amount in the box you are pointing at.
Draw the wall and explore it.
