Weld Symbol in GUI?

I'm looking for the Weld Symbol tool in the Ribbon and Tool Pallettes in 2010, but haven't been able to locate it yet. The "AECDETAILSWELDING" command works from command line though. Is there a button, etc. somewhere or did it get left out? I have some button pushers who are not fond of the command line to appease and I'm preferring not to go custom today.
thanks

Use the detailing palette, not the ribbon.
