Weird orbs appear when i turn global illumination on. My auto cad is haunted O_o

I think my my autocad is haunted :)) cause weird orbs appear when I turn the global illumination button on. When i make the render quality high on the other hand, it disappears but so does the global illumination. Can anyone help (the haunting was just a joke by the way but yeah)
